Although Verus Art® customers love their textured art prints, we understand that it’s human nature to change our minds now and again, so we have a 14 day No-Questions return policy.

Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll email you some simple return instructions and will arrange for a courier service to collect your re-creation.

Once we've received your returned textured art print, we'll immediately refund the full cost of your order, minus the shipping costs.

Damaged items

Our packing experts will make sure each textured art print leaves the framing workshop carefully packaged and secure, however, accidents can happen. If your textured art print arrives damaged, get in touch with our support team right away and we’ll put things straight.
